Breeanna Breckenridge is a full-time professional baker by day who takes her work home with her. “I love baking cakes and confections of all kinds, but this summer I'm focusing on my fruit pies,” she says. And we’re so glad she is. Bree will be bringing to market both 9-inch "full sized" pies and miniature ones that can be enjoyed in just a few bites. “My pies have a flaky, all-butter crust,” she says, “and I use them to showcase seasonal, Michigan-grown fruit.”
